How to Add Talent to Your Agency

Adding talent to your agency in Circle Club is a two-step process:

1. Influencers sign up — either through an invitation link or using your agency's join code
2. You accept their application — once they've signed up, you must accept them into your agency

This guide walks you through both steps.

Step 1: How Influencers Sign Up

Influencers can sign up to join your agency in two ways:

Option A: Invite Influencers Directly

Send an invitation email directly to the influencer.

1. Navigate to Influencers page
2. Click the Invite Influencers button in the top-right corner
3. Enter the influencer's email address
4. Click Send Invite

The influencer will receive an email with a link to create their Circle Club account and apply to join your agency.

Option B: Share Your Agency Join Code

Every agency has a unique Join Code that influencers can use to sign up without needing an invitation email.

To find your Join Code:

1. Go to Agency Settings by navigating to settings and then agency settings
2. Locate your Join Code in the settings panel

How influencers use it:

Influencers can go to the signup page and enter your join code during registration. They will automatically apply to join your agency.

Step 2: Accept Talent Applications

After an influencer signs up — whether through an invite link or join code — they will appear in your Manage Applications tab. You must accept their application before they can join your agency.

Steps to Accept an Application:

1. Navigate to the Influencers page
2. Open the Manage Applications tab
3. Locate the influencer in the list
4. Click Accept as Exclusive

Once accepted, the influencer will appear in your agency's roster and can start using Circle Club.
